Find answers to common QBridge questions.

The extension icon is missing

Open the Chrome extensions menu and pin QBridge. If it is not listed, check installation and activation at chrome://extensions.

A saved memo does not appear on the page

Check sign-in state, site access permission, and memo visibility. If the page structure changed, the saved position may also have moved.

A slider change was not applied

Dragging changes a draft. Select Save slides in the editor to apply it to the page.

Conversation comments appear on unexpected sides

Comments from the signed-in user appear on the right, while other comments appear on the left. Author distinction can be limited while signed out.

Workspace management is missing

Management actions appear only for roles with the necessary permission. Ask the Workspace owner to confirm your role.

Notifications open different destinations

Memo notifications open the relevant memo. User or membership notifications can open My Page or a Workspace instead.
